Job summary

Outsourced Quality Assured Services Pty in Eastwood is seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to support AR for international clients in a hybrid, mid-shift role. The position requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and experience with ERP systems.

Responsibilities include recording cash receipts, AR aging, invoicing, and collaborating with global teams to resolve discrepancies while driving process improvements and timely collections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or a related accounting/finance field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably with experience handling international clients.
• Experience with international clients is highly preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems (Xero/NetSuite or similar) is an advantage.
• Payroll experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be willing to work night shift aligned with supported regions.
• Hybrid arrangement in Eastwood is required.
• Candidates within reasonable commuting distance of Eastwood are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Accounts Receivable function for clients across global clients for New Markets Billable Staff.
• Record and apply daily cash collections and reconcile against accounts receivable.
• Monitor and maintain AR and AR-related accounts with accurate recording and reconciliation.
• Prepare and submit AR reports (AR Aging, Sales Journal, Bank Reconciliation).
• Follow up on past-due accounts via email and phone to facilitate collections.
• Prepare monthly invoices and process client requests for invoices and related billings.
• Respond to client queries and resolve account-related issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve AR discrepancies and improve processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency in AR processes.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with finance policies.
