• 1–3 years of credit control experience.
• Experience with receivables, collections, and reconciliations.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor customer accounts and ensure compliance with agreed credit terms.
• Follow up on overdue invoices via phone, email, reminders, and statements.
• Manage collection activities to reduce aged debt and improve cash flow.
• Record, track, and reconcile customer payments accurately.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and account issues.
