Job summary

Recoveries Corporation is seeking a Credit Controller to support a multi-country finance team across collections, payment reconciliation and AR reporting. You will own follow-ups on outstanding balances, monitor credit terms and keep stakeholders informed when action is needed.

The role offers a permanent opportunity based at Four E-Com with a hybrid arrangement and one WFH day per week, in a multi-country credit control environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of credit control experience across multiple countries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Confidence managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to raise concerns and escalate issues when something isn’t right.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer accounts against agreed credit terms.
• Follow up outstanding debts through reminders, calls and statements.
• Record, track and reconcile incoming payments.
• Prepare accounts receivable ageing and collection reports.
• Produce monthly customer reports.
• Identify and escalate concerns or deviations from agreed processes.
• Balance multiple accounts and priorities while keeping reporting accurate and up to date.
