Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Credit Control Analyst in the Philippines to manage credit checks, dunning, and collections, ensuring accurate customer records and cash flow improvements. You will support credit evaluations and maintain compliance with internal policies while collaborating with stakeholders.

The role requires 2–3 years in end-to-end customer account management, proficiency in Excel, and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related Finance field.
• 2–3 years in end-to-end Customer Account Management or Accounts Receivable.
• Basic knowledge in Credit Management and score tools (e.g., Dun & Bradstreet) is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) required.

Responsibilities

• Execute credit and account receivable activities with focus on credit checks and dunning functions.
• Perform proactive collections via email and calls to ensure timely payments.
• Prepare daily cash receipts forecasts, demand letters and statements of account.
• Maintain and update registers (bad debt, invoices, receipts).
• Monitor signed documents, process credit notes and reconciliations; escalate risks.
