• Prior experience in dispute resolution and managing accounts receivable books of business.
• 1–2 years collections or accounts receivable experience.
• Strong English communication skills - verbal, written and presentation.
• Ability to partner with senior leadership team to help visualize and design presentations and reports.
• Ability to work under pressure and to exacting time scales.
• Team player.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate delinquent accounts and recommend actions to release or refer for collection.
• Perform cash collection on a defined book of business and monitor trends.
• Collaborate with clients and internal staff to resolve disputes and ensure timely payments.
• Manage the decision process on disconnecting customers when payments cannot be negotiated.
• Address complicated cash application issues and ensure accurate postings.
• Assist in monthly credit control reporting and provisioning discussions.
• Support regional implementation of global credit control templates and country adherence.
