Job summary

Guerilla in the Philippines is seeking an Accounts Receivable Credit Controller to support our client’s team. You will manage credit control, collections, and AR records using Pronto ERP and Microsoft Excel. Salary range is PHP 30,000 to PHP 50,000, on-site, Mon–Fri 7AM–3PM.

Responsibilities include overseeing AR operations, assessing creditworthiness, aging reports, and coordinating with internal teams. Requirements include 5+ years in AR, proficiency in Excel, and experience with Pronto ERP.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control and collections processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounts receivable operations and timely collections.
• Set up customer accounts and maintain accurate data entry.

• Monitor aging reports and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Prepare AR and credit risk reports for management.
• Support audits and improve processes.
• Train junior AR staff to improve accuracy and efficiency.
