Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• 5+ years in AR/credit management with regional exposure.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee invoicing, collections, payment applications and dispute resolution globally.
• Drive DSO reduction and liquidity improvements.
• Lead KC AR controllers with coaching and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with sponsors, client directors and service teams to resolve billing issues.
• Maintain internal controls and SOX/compliance readiness.
