Qualifications

• 8+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
• 3+ years of advanced proficiency in Excel (pivots, lookups, etc.).
• 6+ years of Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable experience.
• 6+ years of applying KPIs to analyses.
• 6+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets.
• 6+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis.
• 6+ years of continuous improvement projects to scale controllership.
• 6+ years of identifying data quality issues and remediation plans.
• 6+ years mentoring junior finance or business teammates.
• 3+ years working with senior staff (e.g., C-suite).
• MBA or CPA credential required.
• Experience with data mining/reporting tools (SQL, MSAccess, Essbase, Cognos).

Responsibilities

• Own financial reporting and month-end close for AP accounting functions.
• Provide direction for process or problem resolution.
• Ensure processes are efficient and compliant with controls.
• Identify and implement process improvements; benchmark quality.
• Participate in strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Maintain SOX compliance and internal controls across geographies.
