Job summary

PM Consulting Philippines seeks a finance professional to handle financial accounting tasks and ensure timely month-end close. You will maintain data integrity and collaborate with internal teams and auditors to support smooth operations.

You will contribute to process improvements, maintain documentation, and ensure internal controls and proper segregation of duties across the finance function.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Strong background in financial accounting and operational processes.
• Experience working with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial accounting tasks and ensure timely completion in accordance with SLAs.
• Handle month-end close activities, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Ensure accuracy of financial data and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and auditors to support smooth operations.
• Support process improvements and maintain updated documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and proper segregation of duties.
• Assist in transitions, system migrations, and process standardization initiatives.
