seeks a Program Manager to operationalize AI governance across global entities, aligning metrics, maintaining the AI tool registry, and monitoring tollgates with finance. You will report to the Director of WW AI Governance and influence enterprise-wide governance at scale. You will ensure data discipline, drive cross-geography deployment, and hold stakeholders accountable through mechanism-based leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years of program or project management experience; English fluency required.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience with change management and data-driven governance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Stand up and run the Single-threaded Leader Program with data sanity in each entity, bi-weekly reviews and monthly cross-entity syncs.
• Standardize governance metrics and calculate tool health, lifecycle, and entitlement tracking across 1,100+ tools.
• Own AI tool registry health, data quality, lifecycle accuracy, and integration of governance data into the platform.
• Integrate and monitor tollgates (OpsTrust, Workplace Trust, Finance, Responsible AI) within governance workflow.
• Coordinate with Finance to validate savings, entitlement, and reporting; ensure regional verification and global sign-off.
• Deploy governance model across ROW and EU, onboard regional teams, and monitor adoption of unified mechanisms.
• A day in the life includes consolidating regional updates, managing cross-workstream dependencies, and driving escalation as needed.
