Job summary

Roboyo Group is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale digital transformation and AI/automation programs. You will own governance, planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication across RPA, AgenticWorkflows, Generative AI, and related workstreams.

You will partner with AI engineers, architects and business sponsors to align timelines, budgets, and deliverables, while mentoring teams and driving continuous improvement across global delivery environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management experience with large-scale digital transformation, Automation, or AI/ML programs.
• Experience with UiPath migrations.
• Proven track record managing cross-functional teams of 15+ across multiple workstreams.
• Hands-on Agile, Scrum, and SAFe delivery; comfortable in hybrid Agile-Waterfall environments.
• Experience with program financials—budget ownership, P&L tracking, and commercial/contract management.
• Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills—able to adapt style for engineering teams and C-suite audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program governance—establishing the PMO structure, governance forums, and reporting cadences across RPA, Agentic Workflows, Generative AI.
• Run project planning, reviews, and RAG with technical leads; maintain velocity metrics and remove blockers.
• Ensure all deliverables are tracked against scope, schedule, budget, and quality criteria; escalate deviations.
• Maintain program documentation status reports and decision logs to high standards.
• Own the program RAID log and risk management; design and enforce change control processes.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships; present executive-level status reports and align internal/external teams.
