Job summary

Corning Inc. is seeking an AI Governance & Responsible AI Program Analyst to support enterprise governance, operationalize a scalable guardrail-based model, and collaborate with legal, security, privacy, and business stakeholders.

The role emphasizes AI intake, use case classification, control validation, and maintaining governance records and documentation. The ideal candidate will hold a related Bachelor's degree, demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, and have experience

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technology, policy, information systems, data, or related field.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
Ability to understand and summarize technical concepts without hands-on model development.
Clear written communication and attention to detail.
Experience in AI, data, privacy, security, or technology governance.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or responsible AI principles.
Experience with workflow tools, controls, or audit documentation.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage AI use case intake, classification, tracking and review across units with governance dimensions.
Map requests to domain guardrails, identify controls, validate implementation, and maintain audit-ready documentation.
Assist in creating model cards and AI documentation for ML and generative AI use cases with transparency and risk attributes.
Develop and maintain responsible AI templates, checklists, guidance, and guardrail libraries in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
