The role ensures AI programs are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with governance, risk, regulatory, and operational requirements, coordinating with risk, compliance, and external vendors.

Job Summary

The AI Implementation Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives across the Bank, from business case development through deployment and value realization. The role ensures AI programs are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with governance, risk, regulatory, and operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of AI initiatives, including planning, budgeting, execution, deployment, and post-implementation value tracking
• Ensure compliance with AI governance, model risk management, data governance, vendor risk, and regulatory requirements throughout the delivery process
• Coordinate with business units, technology teams, risk, compliance, legal, and external vendors to drive successful implementation of AI solutions
• Develop and execute adoption, training, communication, and change management strategies to maximize the business value of deployed AI capabilities
• Monitor project performance, maintain executive-level reporting, manage risks and dependencies, and oversee ongoing governance and review activities for implemented AI solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 6 to 8 years of experience in project or program management, delivering technology initiatives within large enterprise environments
• Proven experience managing projects through governance, compliance, risk management, and regulatory review processes, preferably within financial services
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and contract management skills, including experience managing SOWs, SLAs, budgets, and multi-party delivery engagements
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and change management skills, preferably with knowledge of AI governance frameworks and agile delivery methodologies
