Job summary

Smartly is seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager to help global advertisers succeed across digital platforms. You will partner with enterprise clients, support onboarding, train users, and drive platform adoption.

You will set up campaigns, build reports, troubleshoot integrations, and provide insights across Meta, TikTok, DV360, Google Ads, The Trade Desk, and other networks. This is a remote role with international scope.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in digital advertising, media operations, customer success, or marketing analytics.
• Experience executing, optimizing, and analyzing paid media campaigns across social and programmatic platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, or BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Success Managers and GSA Leads to deliver strategic and operational excellence for enterprise customer accounts.
• Support onboarding, training sessions, and quarterly business reviews to drive platform adoption and retention.
• Identify opportunities for growth by understanding customer goals and aligning Smartly solutions to business outcomes.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, Reddit, DV360, Google Ads, and The Trade Desk.
• Conduct campaign analysis and provide actionable insights and recommendations to customers and internal teams.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting frameworks with data accuracy and visibility.
• Develop expertise in Smartly’s tools to deliver high-quality execution and consultative support.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to surface customer feedback and influence future development.
• Contribute to documentation of best practices and workflow improvements to enhance efficiency.
