Job summary

Teradyne seeks an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead a global AP team and drive accurate, timely vendor payments. You will oversee PO/GR/invoice matching, travel & entertainment reimbursements, and vendor relations while ensuring SOX compliance and ERP system transitions.

The role requires a bachelor's in accounting or finance, 6+ years of AP experience, and proficiency with Oracle/SAP ERP systems. Strong English, Excel, and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Experience leading a globally distributed AP team (6+), across multiple time zones.
• Fluent English in speech and writing.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP and Oracle Fusion ERP systems.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook/Teams/SharePoint).
• Experience with SAP Concur or similar T&E platform.
• Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, tax rules and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily AP operations for Electronics Test and European segments of Teradyne.
• Oversee 2- and 3-way matching of POs, GRs and invoices with cross-functional teams.
• Process Travel & Entertainment expense reimbursement reports and payments.
• Maintain vendor relationships and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Review payment runs (ACH, wire transfers, checks) per policy.
• Reconcile AP sub-ledger to GL and resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end and year-end close, including accruals and reporting.
• Ensure SOX compliance and assist audits, ERP transition to Oracle Fusion.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy.
• Train and mentor Accounts Payable staff.
