Satellite Office is seeking an Accounting Manager who reports to the Finance Director of Corporate Accounting. This hands-on leader oversees the monthly close and core accounting functions, including payroll, operating expenses, capital expenditures, fixed assets, cash, and bank reconciliations.

The role supports consolidated financial statements and internal/external reporting, maintains strong internal controls, and ensures compliance with U.S. GAAP.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 5-8+ years of progressive accounting experience including close and GL.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience supervising accounting staff and multi-entity consolidation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and reporting.
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules.
• Maintain general ledger integrity and accounting policies compliance.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reporting.
• Oversee payroll accounting and reconciliations.
• Manage operating expenses, capex, fixed assets, and cash accounting.
• Develop accounting staff and strengthen internal controls.
