Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business is required.
• 4–6+ years of relevant accounting experience, including close/reporting support.
• Experience coordinating workstreams or supporting outsourced providers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities.
• Ensure accuracy of P&L, balance sheet, and close outputs.
• Review journals, reconciliations, and close schedules; propose improvements.
• Analyze key accounting areas like revenue, accruals, intercompany balances, and leases.
• Coordinate with Capgemini and other providers to ensure output quality and timeliness.
• Assist with statutory reporting alignment and audit readiness.
