Fortress Glass Supply is seeking a results-oriented Sales Associate to join our showroom team. You will greet customers, help them select glass and aluminum products, and provide expert product recommendations to match their needs.

You will meet monthly and quarterly targets, process orders accurately, maintain an organized showroom, and collaborate with the team to ensure stock availability and excellent service.

Competenze

• Proven sales experience, preferably in a retail or construction-related environment.
• Knowledge of glass and aluminum products is a plus but not required. Training will be provided.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• A positive, professional attitude with a passion for helping customers.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in sales or a related field is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in selecting glass and aluminum products for various applications (residential, commercial, etc.). Provide expert advice on product features, benefits, and specifications.
• Sales Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive selling techniques, upselling, and identifying opportunities for add-on sales.
• Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of our range of glass and aluminum products, including their uses, finishes, and applications.
• Order Processing: Handle customer orders accurately, ensuring they are processed efficiently and delivered on time.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Showroom Presentation: Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive showroom, ensuring that products are displayed effectively and stock levels are well-managed.
• Product Recommendations: Assist customers with design suggestions, technical specifications, and suitable product alternatives to meet their needs.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth store operations, product availability, and superior customer service.
