BeyondNorm Glass Construction Corporation is expanding our sales team in the architectural glass and aluminum industry. BeyondNorm Glass provides product and sales training to help new team members understand our systems, products, and sales process.

We are seeking motivated Sales Executives who can handle inquiries from social media and other channels, meet clients nationwide, and drive sales by recommending glass and aluminum solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident dealing with clients online and face-to-face.
• Willing to conduct site visits and meet clients nationwide.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in sales are welcome.
• Experience in sales, construction, architectural products, glass & aluminum, real estate, or related industries is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from social media and other channels.
• Understand client requirements and recommend glass and aluminum solutions.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits.
• Prepare quotations and proposals; explain product options clearly.
• Follow up leads from inquiry to closing.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and installation teams.
• Maintain relationships with clients throughout sales and projects.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain records of inquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and closed projects.
