Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA license is an advantage.
• 2–5 years in General Ledger or Financial Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in ERP systems (Kingdee, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics) and Excel.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries accurately and timely.
• Maintain general ledger accounts and monitor balances.
• Perform monthly reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Reconcile intercompany transactions and prepare balance sheets.
• Assist in month-end, quarter-end, year-end closings.
• Prepare accruals, prepayments, and depreciation schedules.
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide supporting documentation.
