We're looking for highly organized Customer Support Specialists to assist our customers via email and coordinate projects.
In this role, you'll manage and deliver customer orders for satellite imagery and geospatial data, help customers understand and use the products available to them, and ensure they have a reliable, positive experience at every stage of the process.
You’ll work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to coordinate projects, provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure the successful delivery of requests. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
