Scale Up Philippines is hiring an AI Engineer / AI Automation Specialist to join a growing fractional sales leadership team. This hands-on role focuses on AI agents, GoHighLevel, sales automation, and lead conversion systems.

You will build and optimize AI agents, manage GoHighLevel workflows, and set up email and SMS automations, landing pages, and funnels to improve lead qualification and bookings. Collaboration with teammates is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on GoHighLevel experience required.
• Experience building and troubleshooting AI agents or conversational bots.
• Strong knowledge of workflows, automations, pipelines, and integrations.
• Experience with email/SMS automation, funnels, and landing pages.
• Comfortable with prompting and AI agent configuration.
• Able to troubleshoot and implement solutions independently.
