Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience managing multiple client accounts.
• Strong knowledge of GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, forms, and CRM automation.
• Ability to translate customer journeys into practical automation flows.
• Excellent troubleshooting and quality control with end-to-end testing.
• Discipline to create and maintain clear documentation, SOPs, and notes.
• AI-assisted problem solving using ChatGPT, Codex, or similar tools.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to continuously learn new GHL features.

Responsibilities

• GHL Account Management: Build and maintain sub-accounts for clients.
• Workflow & Automation Build: Set up workflows, pipelines, calendars, forms, and tags.
• Customer Journey Automation: Translate processes into automation flows for lead capture and onboarding.
• Lead Capture & Tracking: Ensure leads are captured, routed, and tracked.
• Process Automation: Automate repeatable sales and administrative processes.
• Documentation: Create and maintain workflow notes and SOPs.
• Troubleshooting & QA: Test end‑to‑end automation and fix issues.
• Client Relationship Management: Conduct regular client meetings and translate requests into actions.
• Internal Coordination: Escalate needs and identify further automation opportunities.
• Product Knowledge & AI-Supported Solving: Stay current with GHL features and use AI tools to improve setups.
