Job summary

Scale Up Philippines is hiring a Part-Time GoHighLevel (GHL) Implementation Specialist for a growing business. You will take ownership of GHL execution from start to finish, translating business goals into fully functional setups you can test and hand over without step-by-step instructions.

You will build and update funnels and landing pages, set up forms, lead magnets, and email campaigns, manage products and checkout flows, and oversee client subaccounts.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) platform.
• Proven ability to build and manage GHL workflows and automation.
• Experience building funnels, forms, emails, products, payments, and checkout flows.
• Ability to manage multiple GHL client subaccounts independently.
• Strong troubleshooting and quality-checking skills.
• Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Build and update funnels and landing pages.
• Set up forms, lead magnets, and automated delivery.
• Create workflows, triggers, and follow-up sequences.
• Set up products, offers, checkout pages, payment links, and post-purchase automations.
• Build and schedule email campaigns.
• Upload and schedule social media content through GHL.
• Manage tags, custom fields, contact organization, and client subaccounts.
• Troubleshoot broken workflows, links, integrations, and automation issues.
• Test all setups before submission.
• Perform ongoing GHL cleanup, maintenance, and optimization.
