Qualifications

• Proven hands-on GoHighLevel experience building/optimising workflows and pipelines.
• Experience in sales support, lead follow-up, or CRM/pipeline management.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Highly organised, able to juggle multiple leads and follow-ups.
• Comfortable managing Facebook ads and social media posting.
• Warm, consultative communication style—not pushy.
• Reliable internet and a proper work-from-home setup.
• Available during agreed AEST business hours.
• Nice to have: experience in trades/construction/equipment hire.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming leads in GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Follow up promptly on enquiries and reactivate stalled leads.
• Build/refine GHL workflows and pipelines for clarity.
• Support the sales process—follow up quotes and nudge warm leads to bookings.
• Manage Facebook advertising and social media posting.
• Handle calendar bookings and general admin support.
• Send daily updates so the owner knows current status.
