Responsibilities

• Provide L1 remote desktop support via phone/email/chat to resolve tickets.
• Diagnose and resolve tickets within the agreed SLA.
• Escalate complex issues to 2nd/3rd level IT support as needed.
• Maintain logs and follow escalation processes.
• Contribute to knowledge base updates and personal development.
