Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of SAP or ERP applications preferred.
• Fluency in a secondary language (e.g., German, Italian, Spanish, French, Dutch) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle order fulfillment and open orders; serve as primary liaison between customers and internal teams.
• Resolve delivery, billing, and order issues; document delays and changes.
• Provide product and service information; answer calls and emails professionally and timely.
• Review backlogs, monitor metrics, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Prepare export documentation (invoices, packing lists, COO) as needed.
• Utilize SAP, Esker, Agile, Metro, and SharePoint to retrieve information and follow guidelines.
• Escalate complex issues to Senior Specialists and Team Leads for timely resolution.
• Support process improvements with Distribution Centers, supply chain, and sales teams.
