Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A) required.
• Up to 5 years’ professional experience in administrative activities in reinsurance, especially Treaty.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Directs individuals to assess and submit client and/or reinsurer presentation materials to resolve questions and secure agreements and payments.
• Implements KPIs and tools to manage tasks and meet SLAs in a compliant manner.
• Drives team meetings to share ideas and drive process improvements leveraging technology.
• Develops information on accounting/claims for RFPs and sales opportunities.
• Manages settlement of funds with clients and reinsurers per contract terms.
• Implements reinsurance audit/reviews and reconciles records with clients/reinsurers.
• Collaborates with peers to train and guide team on reinsurance service processing.
• Establishes relationships with Brokers, Clients and Markets to resolve issues.
