Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required.
• 7+ years of professional experience in administrative activities in reinsurance, especially Treaty (premiums and claims).
• Minimum of 4 years managing teams.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Advanced English proficiency is a must.

Responsibilities

• Analyses operational issues within the direct area of responsibility using metrics and ensures adherence to procedures and standards.
• Follows up on operations to meet SLAs and regulatory requirements.
• Leads team meetings, promotes knowledge sharing, and facilitates change and process improvement initiatives leveraging technology.
• Manages performance development plans, mentoring, and training for CSS colleagues including recruitment and succession planning.
• Creates travel and expense budgets and monitors costs within objectives.
• Reports senior leadership activity and provides documentation for decision making.
• Collaborates with Brokers, Clients and Markets to resolve problems for external stakeholders.
