In the Philippines, Hubexo operates under the legal entity BCI Central (Philippines) Inc. The Candidate will draw site boundaries, extract and analyze data from various sources, produce reports and dashboards, and support colleagues with data needs.

Qualifications

• Experience with geospatial data including polygons and site boundaries.
• Proficiency in Esri ArcGIS or QGIS.
• Experience creating spatial features including polygons, maps, and buffers.
• Strong data management and spatial data maintenance skills.
• Experience in data analytics and transforming data into actionable insights.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Experience with UK/US ROI planning datasets.
• Experience data quality assurance and audits of GIS outputs.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and manage geospatial datasets for planning and research activities.
• Extract, validate, and integrate spatial and non-spatial data from multiple databases and sources to ensure data accuracy.
• Conduct spatial and statistical analyses to support decision-making and planning.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders across the organization.
• Act as the primary point of contact for GIS issues and resolve data quality concerns.
• Perform audits and QA checks on geospatial data and outputs.
• Support economists, researchers, clients with ad hoc spatial analysis.
• Monitor new GIS developments and manage relationships with data providers.
• Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
