Job summary

Hubexo is seeking a detail-oriented Research Specialist to join our night-shift team in Makati. You will identify and verify construction project data from online sources, public records, and industry publications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for internal stakeholders.

You will conduct outbound calls and emails to procurement and project contacts, maintain clean records in Hubexo's CRM, and contribute to data quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong internet research, data gathering, and information verification skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to conduct professional phone and email interactions with industry stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Previous experience in research, market intelligence, data analysis, customer service, or BPO.
• Exposure to the construction, engineering, architecture, real estate, or infrastructure industries.
• Experience conducting outbound calls for information gathering or verification purposes.
• Knowledge of CRM, research, or business intelligence tools.
• Must be willing to work full onsite at Paseo De Roxas Makati City on a night shift schedule (10 pm – 7 am).

Responsibilities

• Research and identify upcoming, ongoing, and completed construction projects using online sources, public records, industry publications, and other research channels.
• Verify project information through phone calls, emails, and direct communication with developers, architects, contractors, consultants, and other industry professionals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records within Hubexo's databases and platforms.
• Analyze and validate project data to ensure quality, reliability, and completeness.
• Monitor construction market trends and track project developments throughout their lifecycle.
• Respond to research inquiries and support internal stakeholders with project‑related information.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance data collection efficiency and data quality.
