Job summary

Atlantica Realty Development Corp. seeks a Geodetic Engineer to lead geodetic site works and research for housing and land development. You will check and revise geodetic surveys and plans before approval, coordinate with project heads, and ensure accuracy across all site data.

Responsibilities include field data collection, monumenting lots, and preparing detailed reports and documents for planning, design references, and permits while collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Fresh board passer or licensed geodetic engineer with strong surveying knowledge.
• Experience in land subdivision or housing development projects is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and surveying software; field data collection and boundary analysis.
• Familiarity with GIS, AutoCAD, and standard surveying instruments and workflows.
• Ability to interpret engineering plans, legal documents, and title data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee geodetic site works for housing and land development projects.
• Prepare and review geodetic surveys and plans for approvals.
• Coordinate with Construction Management and Project Development heads.
• Conduct field surveys, data verification, and monumenting of lots.
• Prepare reports, plotting, and blueprinting of survey documents.
• Ensure adherence to plans, specs, and quality control standards.
• Engage with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors on design issues.
• Sign documents related to subdivision development and project closeout.
