Suntrust Properties, Inc. seeks a qualified Land Surveyor to support subdivision and condominium site development planning through data analysis and boundary verification. The role involves evaluating land viability and preparing detailed survey documents for government approvals and financing processes.

The candidate will perform computations, prepare plans, and ensure accuracy of land descriptions in compliance with standard formats and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Does computation and analysis of survey data for consideration in planning stage of the Subdivision Projects Site Development Plan (SDP) and Condominium Projects Master Site Development Plan (MDP);
• Assists in assessing the viability of raw land for acquisition; Verifies the accuracy of property boundaries;
• Does computation and preparation of survey plans and technical descriptions in standard format of Subdivision Projects for approval by government agencies and in other land survey related activities for Land titling.
• Prepares survey technical documents for buyer's building permit and bank loan applications.
