The role requires precise field measurements, instrument operation, and preparation of survey plans and reports. You will validate boundary/topographic data, coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting field measurements for land development projects.
• Ability to operate surveying instruments accurately and safely.
• Proficiency in preparing survey plans, maps, and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field measurements for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
• Operate surveying instruments (total stations, EDM, levels) on site.
• Prepare and update survey plans, maps, and survey reports.
• Validate boundary and topographic data and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to align survey activities.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine laws, regulations, and industry standards.
