Job summary

Suntrust Properties, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Geodetic Engineer to join our surveying team in the Philippines. You will assess land viability, verify boundaries, and prepare survey plans for subdivision projects and land titling.

Responsibilities include preparing TDs, VSR/MDP documents, and technical descriptions for building permits, bank loans, and creditor reviews. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Google Earth, and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a graduate of B.S Geodetic Engineering.
• With at least two (2) year experience in Land surveying/GE- Software.
• Must be a Licensed Geodetic Engineer.
• Computer literate (MS Applications), Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Google Earth and other Survey software applications.

• Prepares document for maintenance and/or purchase of Surveying instruments and accessories.
• Responsible for the computation and analysis of survey data for SDP and MDP planning stages.

• Prepares the individual Technical Description (TD) upon approval of the VSR plans and documents.
