Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Geodetic Engineering is required.
• Licensed Geodetic Engineer with PRC license is required.
• 3–5 years of relevant surveying experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and verify surveying and geodetic activities for residential developments.
• Establish and verify control points, coordinates, and elevations for site layouts.
• Prepare survey records, reports, and as-built documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors on survey requirements.
• Ensure accuracy of survey data for project implementation.
