Job summary

ALC Group of Companies in Makati, Metro Manila is seeking a licensed Geodetic Engineer to lead surveying for land development projects, ensuring accuracy of data, control points, and layouts.

You will work with project teams, consultants, contractors, and government agencies from site development to completion, performing stakeouts, earthwork surveys, as-built documentation, and preparing technical survey reports.

Qualifications

• Licensed Geodetic Engineer with valid PRC ID (Geodetic Engineer licensure).
• Proven experience in land development, site grading, roadworks, utilities, and construction layout.
• Proficient in operating modern surveying equipment and survey software.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain survey control points and benchmarks.
• Conduct topographic, boundary, relocation surveys as required.
• Perform stakeout surveys for roads, utilities, buildings, and other site developments.
• Prepare survey plans, maps, sketches, and technical reports.
• Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, consultants, and government agencies.
