Accenture in Manila is seeking a Custom Software Engineer to develop tailored software solutions, enhance components, and collaborate in an agile environment. The role emphasizes independent work, SME development, and cross-functional collaboration.

With 2–3 years of experience and Genesys CC Ops expertise, you will contribute to testing, debugging, and continuous process improvements. Hybrid work with in-office presence twice weekly at Uptown Tower 2.

Qualifications

Advanced proficiency in Genesys Contact Center Operation.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to software engineering.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues effectively.
Familiarity with agile development practices and tools.
Experience with cloud-based solutions and deployment strategies (good to have).
