Job summary

Roadsky Manufacturer and Builder Corp. is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive GENSET product sales to contractors, businesses, and government entities in Northern Mindanao and beyond. The role requires understanding product features, delivering persuasive presentations, and closing deals while coordinating installations and training.

The candidate should have an engineering background, 2–3 years sales/technical experience, and be willing to travel domestically. Proficiency in MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic, Industrial, Mechanical, Civil) required.
• 2–3 years technical and/or engineering sales experience or equivalent.
• Solid experience in GENSET selling and basic troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willing to travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Establish new accounts and manage existing accounts as needed.
• Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations to prospective customers.
• Close deals and meet sales objectives.
• Visit customers to promote generator machines and related products.
• Conduct technical discussions and assess customer demands.
• Monitor delivery and installation at the customer's site.
• Provide training and on-site assistance, ensuring products work effectively.
• Respond to technical inquiries and resolve issues to customer satisfaction.
• Test company products and equipment as required.
