Job summary

VirtuallyinCredible Careers Hub is seeking a General Virtual Assistant to join our remote team. This is a remote position based in the Philippines with a Graveyard Shift schedule, supporting client communication, admin tasks, and marketing efforts.

You'll handle calls, emails, A/R/A/P, lease renewals, SOP adherence, and reporting, while ensuring data accuracy and delivering reliable support to leadership. A dedicated home office and stable internet are required to succeed in this role.

• Proven experience as a virtual assistant or similar.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage client calls, emails, and communications as the primary contact.
• Handle A/R, A/P, work orders, lease renewals, and compliance documents.
• Support client marketing efforts including social media management.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Client Communication & Support: Manage calls, emails, and general communications, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Core Administrative Functions: Efficiently handle critical tasks such as A/R, A/P, work order processing, lease renewals, compliance documents, and detailed email management.
• Marketing Assistance: Contribute to client marketing efforts, including social media management.
• Adherence & Reporting: Diligently follow client-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), stay updated on company guidelines, and provide necessary data, updates, and reports to the leadership team.
• Ambassadorship: Represent VirtuallyinCredible’s core values in all professional interactions.

Requirements

Technical and Home Office Requirements:

• Dedicated, Quiet Home Office (Conducive to professional calls).
• Work Shift: Must be willing to work the Graveyard Shift.
• Connectivity: Minimum 10 Mbps internet connection with a backup plan, plus reliable electricity with a power backup.
• Operating System: Windows 10 or higher, macOS (Ventura, Sonoma, Sequoia, Tahoe)
• Processor: Intel Core i5 8th generation or higher, AMD Ryzen 5 or higher, or an equivalent processor
• RAM: 8 GB to 16 GB or higher
