Job summary

Job Vacancy Phil is seeking a senior sales leader to drive FMCG coverage, grow distributor partnerships, and lead large field teams across multiple levels. You will leverage DMS and analytics tools to monitor performance and guide strategic decisions.

The role requires extensive travel (50%–70%), frequent field visits, and a hands-on approach to expand market presence in Metro Manila and surrounding regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related discipline.
• 6–10 years or more of progressive sales experience in FMCG with 3–5 years leading General Trade/Traditional Trade.
• Proven ability to drive sales coverage, build distributor partnerships, and lead large field teams.

Job description

• -Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or any relevant discipline.
• -6–10 years or more of progressive sales experience within the FMCG industry, including a minimum of 3–5 years leading General Trade/Traditional Trade sales operations.
• -Proven ability to drive sales coverage and distribution growth, establish and strengthen distributor partnerships from the ground up, and lead large field sales teams across multiple organizational levels.
• -Proficient in Distributor Management Systems (DMS) and data analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel and Power BI, to support sales performance monitoring and business decision-making.
• -Willing and able to undertake frequent field visits and extensive travel across assigned territories, with travel requirements ranging from 50% to 70% of working time.
