Sheryna is seeking a General Trade Sales Manager for Luzon to drive field sales across the region and strengthen distributor partnerships from the ground up. The role requires 6–10 years in FMCG sales with 3–5 years in General/Traditional Trade leadership and strong experience with DMS, Excel, and Power BI.

Expect frequent field visits and 50–70% travel to manage coverage, growth, and collaboration with distributors and retailers.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or any relevant discipline.
• 6-10 years or more of progressive sales experience within the FMCG industry, including a minimum of 3-5 years leading General Trade/Traditional Trade sales operations.
• Proven ability to drive sales coverage and distribution growth, establish and strengthen distributor partnerships from the ground up, and lead large field sales teams across multiple organizational levels.
• Proficient in Distributor Management Systems (DMS) and data analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel and Power BI, to support sales performance monitoring and business decision-making.
• Willing and able to undertake frequent field visits and extensive travel across assigned territories, with travel requirements ranging from 50% to 70% of working time.
