FrieslandCampina in the Philippines is seeking a Channel Development Manager – General Trade to drive nationwide growth across sari-sari stores and small retailers. You will lead General Trade strategy, expand distribution, and collaborate with distributors and cross-functional teams to deliver strong in-market execution.

The role requires a bachelor's in business/marketing, 5+ years FMCG General Trade experience, deep GT knowledge in the Philippines, and fluency in Filipino and English.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of FMCG experience in General Trade or Channel Development.
• Deep understanding of Philippine General Trade (sari-sari store ecosystem).
• Strong commercial and analytical skills.
• Proven experience in trade marketing, pricing, and field execution.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive General Trade growth including sari-sari stores and small retailers.
• Develop and implement trade promotions, pricing strategies, and channel programs.
• Strengthen distributor partnerships and align on targets and standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams for execution.
• Monitor KPIs and use data to improve strategies and results.
