Job summary

Sumi Philippines Wiring Systems Corporation, located in Hermosa, Bataan, seeks a General Services Supervisor to oversee facilities, maintenance, and support services that enable our manufacturing operations.

You will lead a team, manage budgets, coordinate with contractors and suppliers, and ensure compliance with PEZA/EHS standards. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and flexibility to meet operational needs.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of PEZA standards, facility management, maintenance procedures, and EHS regulations.
• Strong leadership, organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers, accommodations, transportation, and visa processing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance, housekeeping, facility management, and general services personnel.
• Ensure facilities are clean, safe, functional, and properly maintained.
• Conduct facility inspections and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Implement EHS procedures and ensure compliance with company.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members.
• Respond to service requests and coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
• Prepare reports and manage the General Services budget.
• Oversee Japanese visa applications and related documents.
• Oversee hotel accommodations, airport transfers, and travel requirements for employees and visitors.
• Review and manage company driver schedules and transportation arrangements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

The successful candidate will oversee general services operations and ensure that our facilities, resources, and support services meet company standards and effectively support manufacturing activities.
