Job summary

Sumi Philippines Wiring Systems Corporation in Hermosa, Bataan, is seeking an experienced General Services and Safety Manager to lead safety programs, health and workplace compliance in our manufacturing operations. This full-time, on-site role focuses on developing policies, training, and continuous improvement.

You will conduct risk assessments, investigations, and collaborate with management to hit safety targets while maintaining records and reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as Safety Manager in manufacturing/logistics.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
• Familiar with Philippine DOLE standards and automotive safety rules.
• Experience developing and implementing safety programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in OSH or related field; certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor safety policies and training.
• Conduct risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Provide guidance on occupational health and safety matters.
