Job summary

Q2 HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. The role partners with the CFO, Executive Committee, Board, and business-unit leaders to provide timely financial insights for strategic decisions.

The FP&A lead will oversee Corporate Planning, drive 3–5 year strategic plans, and supervise FP&A and Corporate Planning teams. Strong Excel modelling and ERP experience are required; CPA is essential.

Qualifications

• CPA is a must-have professional certification.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
• At least 10 years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or related finance experience.
• At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
• Collaborate with the CFO, Executive Committee, Board, and business-unit leaders to provide timely financial analysis.
• Oversee Corporate Planning and develop 3- to 5-year strategic plans; ensure alignment with budgets and capex.
• Manage capital expenditure and investment analysis using NPV, IRR, payback, and scenario analysis.
• Develop and maintain integrated financial models for P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow; deliver clear insights.
