Job summary

The Corporate Institute is seeking a Head of Finance to build the finance function from the ground up in a high-growth environment, working closely with the founders and establishing scalable processes. This hands-on role requires driving discipline, governance and strategic decision support across the business.

Ideal candidates will have CA qualifications with 8–12 years post-qualification experience and strong FP&A, accounting, taxation and commercial finance exposure, preferably in D2C or

Qualifications

• CA qualification mandatory.
• 8-12 years post-qualification experience.
• Experience in D2C/food/FMCG/consumer products preferred.
• Strong FP&A, accounting, taxation and commercial finance exposure.
• Experience in founder-led or high-growth organisations valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end finance function including accounting, taxation, compliance and reporting.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial planning.
• Build MIS and dashboards to support strategic decisions.
• Develop controls, SOPs and governance as the business scales.
• Partner with founders on pricing, profitability and business planning.
• Collaborate with operations, supply chain, procurement and sales to improve margins.
• Manage audits, statutory compliance and treasury.
• Support fundraising and investor reporting when required.
• Build and scale the finance team over time.
