Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a CM - Finishing Manager for the Lodha ALIBAUG project in India. The role involves hands-on site execution of interior finishing, coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders, and ensuring smooth handovers for luxury/premium residential components.

The candidate should have strong on-site leadership, good interpersonal skills, and proficiency in using computer tools to manage requisitions and communications. Prior experience in similar luxury projects is preferred.
