Philkonst Global Corporation in Cebu City is seeking a reliable Finishing Coordinator to oversee the final stages of construction and interior projects. You will manage finishing works such as tiling, painting, cabinetry, and fixtures to ensure quality and timely handover.
The role requires strong knowledge of finishes, materials, and construction methods, plus excellent coordination with subcontractors and site teams.
We are seeking for a reliable and detail-oriented Finishing Coordinator to help manage and oversee the final stages of our construction and interior projects. This role is all about making sure that the finishing works—paint, flooring, cabinetry, fixtures, and final touches—are delivered with quality, on time, and according to the design intent. You'll be the go-to person for coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure everything comes together smoothly and to a high standard.
Supervising and coordinating all finishing work on site (e.g., tiling, painting, joinery, flooring, etc.)
Working closely with the design team to make sure materials and finishes match the original specs and samples
Scheduling and monitoring subcontractors to ensure timelines are met without compromising on quality
Identifying and resolving any issues on-site related to finishes, materials, or workmanship
Conducting site inspections and quality checks throughout the finishing phase
Preparing punch lists (snag lists) and ensuring all finishing works are completed before handover
Keeping detailed records of progress, variations, and materials used
Experience in a similar role (site supervisor, finishing foreman, interior fit-out coordinator, etc.)
Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction methods
Good eye for detail and finishing quality
Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings
Strong coordination and communication skills, especially when dealing with trades and suppliers
Can handle pressure and solve on-site issues quickly and professionally
Diploma or degree in Architectural, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
Experience in residential, commercial, or fit-out projects is a plus
A valid driver's license is helpful if moving between sites is a part of the role
