Job summary

Continental Tires Manila Business Services Inc. is seeking a General Ledger Supervisor to lead the financial close month-end process, ensure data integrity, and provide internal reporting for the Business Area. You will interact with cross-functional finance teams and external auditors.

You will oversee the GL/AP/FP&A processes, coordinate North America close, and ensure IFRS/FRM compliance while supporting global accounting policies. A strong leadership mindset and SAP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years accounting/finance experience.
• Certified Public Accountant preferred.
• SAP experience required.
• Supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Experience in international company or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Team player with cross-functional collaboration.
• Roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
• Strong interpersonal, listening and communication skills.
• Ownership mindset; responsible for own area while supporting broader operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a small team of accountants covering intercompany, GL, and FP&A.
• Manage monthly North America close; coordinate with stakeholders; support US production and sales.
• Ensure monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and timely adjustments.
• Coordinate with US Fort Mill and Hanover to ensure IFRS/FRM-compliant financial data.
• Liaise with external auditors for annual audits and quarterly reviews.
• Support plants and functions with internal audit.
• Ensure IFRS and FRM compliance.
• Manage GL and asset accounting operations.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Maintain internal controls compliance.
• Maintain relationships with auditors.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
